Deposits are Non Refundable. Cancellations must be in writing (Certified Mail) within 14 days of your scheduled event to avoid being billed the full amount of the contract. This means you will pay for all charges on the contract. Late cancellation fees or no shows are charge the respective minimum. By signing this contract and entering your credit card information you are authorizing R&R Limousine Service (company) to charge the credit card for any of the following charges: deposit, cancellation fee, 20% standard service charge, 15% gratuity, 35 energy/fuel surcharge, cost of any damages to the limousine and all service rendered. Fees for parking, tolls, cellular phone, and miscellaneous service will be added when applicable. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges. Overtime charges will be billed in 15 minute increments. All rates are subject to change without notice. Please note that prices are not valid during special holidays and prom season. If the pick-up address is more than 30 minutes from the office, the time starts when the Limousine leaves the office. If the drop-off address is more than 1 hour from the office, the time stops when the Limousine returns to the office. R&R limousine service is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the limousine and shall not be liable for loss or damage due to condition beyond the company's control, including but not limited to, acts of God, inclement weather, unforeseen mechanical failure or traffic. All entertainment - CDs and DVDs are provided by the customer.
Limousine Rules & Regulations:
R&R Limousine Service will strictly enforce all Municipal, State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard (even in negligible quantities) without the driver's knowledge, they can seize and forfeit the vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by R&R Limousine Service. There is NO smoking in the limousine; violations will result in a $200 charge per incident. All unruly persons will be dropped-off at the sole discretion of the driver. Violations may result in early termination and all monies shall be forfeited. The driver has the option of returning to the point of pick-up or ending the service at the time of the infraction. The driver shall also have the right to examine all bags and parcel to determine if they contain any illegal substance. Firearms are NOT allowed in the limousine by anyone.
